The hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood near the downtown area of the city, making it a good place to rest after a long day of exploring. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with separate toilets and nice showers. the staff was attentive and helpful, providing guests with plenty of blankets for comfort. the hotel had beautiful original doors and floors that added to the historic charm of the building.

Some of the rooms had a damp feel, and a sliding door in one of the bathrooms was off its hinges, making it difficult to close.

Good location:15 minutes walking from the center; out of the traffic and pollution of San Cristobal. Spa facilities available.

The hotel was situated in a convenient location and was easy to find. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and well-decorated with comfortable bedding and windows that let in plenty of natural light. The breakfast spread was delightful and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The bathroom had limited hot water and the room was a bit noisy due to the sounds of other guests. Despite these minor issues, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay during their city trip.

Located on the main avenue, this hotel is quite close to the downtown. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with Mexican delicacies. Moreover, the hotel facilities and cleanliness were impressive.

The decor of the hotel is nice and the welcome drink was a nice touch. the hot water in the shower was sufficient. the hotel is situated in a good area away from the noisy downtown core.

The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and hard. the room was very dark and cold and the Wi-Fi was weak.

The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality Mexican dishes. The staff was friendly, attentive, and not intrusive. Transactions were straightforward, with no hidden fees. The decor was nice, and there was always hot water in the shower.
